Last Sunday I had the absolute pleasure of attending a wedding showcase at The Locks at Pyes Mill, and it was nothing short of superb.

As someone who eats a lot of canapés at wedding showcases, I can confidently say these were some of the best I’ve tasted. Beautifully presented, full of flavour and thoughtfully prepared, they were absolutely top-tier and a real highlight of the day.
